All orders are dispatched from the UK within 1 business day of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Every card is sleeved, top-loaded, and sealed in a team bag before being packed with a cardboard insert in a padded envelope.

Free shipping on orders over £75 using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, get in touch and we'll sort it.

To be eligible for a return the card must be in the same condition as when it was sent — unplayed and in the original sleeve and top-loader. We can't accept returns on cards that have been damaged after delivery.

Once we receive the returned card and confirm its condition, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return postage is covered by us if the card was sent in error or arrived damaged. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at the buyer's cost.

If your card arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately — full refund or replacement if we have stock.
